The Douglas County Sheriff's Office signed a new contract with Flock Safety to keep using 25 license plate cameras placed around the county after a trial period, KMTV reported. Search logs obtained by the Flatwater Free Press and reported by 10/11 Now on August 30, 2025 show the Flock systems in Douglas and Lancaster counties ran more than 20 immigration-related searches combined from January through June of that year. Neither source gives the contract amount, its dates or the body that approved it.
