KOAM reported on February 19, 2026 that Seneca Police Chief James Altic ended the department's Flock camera contract less than 90 days after the cameras were installed. The contract for 2 cameras was signed in February 2025 and the cameras went up in mid-October 2025. Altic said one camera never worked properly, the company did not return calls, and he would not take part until he was sure the cameras could not be compromised. The article does not give a cost or mention a council vote.
