Vine Grove signed a 10-year agreement with Flock Safety in November 2025 to install 17 more cameras, at a cost of $360,000 over the term, Spectrum News 1 reported on February 6, 2026 from public records. Lieutenant Greg McNeil of the 12-person police department said the department reviews the searches officers run, and the ACLU of Kentucky raised concerns about the expansion. The report does not say which body approved the agreement or how many cameras the city had before.
