Arlington, WA Flock Contract

Active

Who approved this?

No source names who approved this contract. That gap is common where a purchase cleared without a council vote.

The Daily Herald listed Arlington among the Snohomish County cities with active Flock camera networks as of May 27, 2026. No approval document has been found. A machine search of every Arlington council agenda and minutes file posted for 2022 through 2026, roughly 470 documents, turns up no agenda bill, resolution, ordinance or minutes entry approving the Flock service agreement. The only Flock business the council acted on is a permit fee waiver for the camera installation on July 1, 2024 and, the same night, consent acceptance of a Washington Auto Theft Prevention Authority grant for in-car camera systems that carry ALPR. The service agreement itself is absent from the city's published documents, so no approving body, amount, camera count or term is known.
