Flock decision calendar

Every scheduled date the tracker knows about, soonest first: votes, hearings, renewal deadlines, wind-down dates and suspension reviews. A date lands here when a record documents it: a council agenda that sets a hearing, a contract with a stated end date, or a meeting a city has announced. Each line links the record behind it, and the list recomputes on every visit, so a passed date leaves the calendar the day it passes.

Dates that have already passed

The list above looks forward. This one looks back, so the calendar can be checked against what actually happened. Each entry names the date, what was scheduled or due, and what the record says now.

A record that still reads Active after its end date passed means no document has confirmed a renewal or an ending yet, not that the contract quietly continued. Those are the records most worth a records request.

What changed most recently

Every record carries the date a person last checked its sources. These are the 20 checked most recently, newest first.

A fresh date with no change to the figures is a real result: it means the sources still support what the record says. Where a check found something different, it is written up in the corrections log.

How to read the dates

6 kinds of entries appear. A vote scheduled means a governing body has a Flock item on a published agenda. A public hearing means the body set a hearing rather than a vote. A next council meeting means the body directed Flock back onto an agenda without fixing a date, so the entry carries that body’s next meeting date and claims nothing more. A renewal deadline means a contract document states an end date, which is the point where a city renews, lets the agreement lapse, or terminates early. A wind-down date means the contract has already ended or been terminated and the date is when access stops. A suspension review means the program is suspended and the date is when the suspended contract runs out. A deadline is not a decision: some contracts roll over quietly, and the tracker records the outcome only when a document states it.

Dates move. Councils defer items, and a deferral often lands with no new date attached, which is why some records carry a documented deadline and no scheduled vote. When that happens the record says so rather than guessing at a month. The day counts here run from today, October 13, 2026, and recompute each visit.

What this page does not cover

It does not list meetings where Flock might come up but no document says it will, and it does not list the contracts whose end dates have never been published, which is a large share of the 1,044 records. Those show as active with no deadline until a document surfaces.
