Ask to hear when a Flock Safety contract in your state approaches a documented decision. We email about 90 days before a documented contract end date and about 14 days before a scheduled public meeting, with the public record and lawful ways to take part.
The tracker watches 1,044 records for 2 documented triggers: a contract end date and a scheduled public meeting where a governing body has a Flock item on its agenda. When either approaches in a state you follow, we send the record, the date, the document behind it, and the lawful ways to take part.
What the timing depends on
We can only warn about dates that exist in a public document. Many contracts have never had an end date published, so those records generate no deadline alert until one surfaces. Agenda items appear a few days to 2 weeks before a meeting depending on the city, which is why meeting alerts arrive closer in than renewal alerts. Councils also defer items, often with no new date attached, and we send a correction rather than a guess when that happens.
What we do not send
The email carries the public record and the meeting details so you can decide what to do with them. We do not sell or share the list, and we do not add anyone who has not asked.
See what is already scheduled on the decision calendar, read what has already ended in the cancellations ledger, or find your city in the tracker.
We store only your email and the place you ask about. We use it only to send the alerts you requested, and unsubscribing deletes you from our records. Details in the privacy policy.
